Transport is contributing to the urbanization in cities and rural territories but also has became a source of urban pollution and GHG emissions. Black carbon is considered the second polluter of the atmosphere behind the carbon dioxide. But there is also an important issue regarding transport and is gender. In terms of mobility and transport, women in Colombia present issues regarding the violation of their right to have their physical, psychological and moral integrity respected.
