In preparation of Habitat III there will be a series of events will be organized by the Habitat and documents will be published. SLoCaT Partnership will be updating the below section as new information becomes available.
- Regional & Thematic Meetings: In the months leading up to the Habitat III, the Habitat III Secretariat will organize a series of regional and thematic meetings. For more information please click here.
- Informal Consultations: A number of informal consultations will be held in preparation of the New Urban Agenda-Habitat III Outcome Document. Please click here for more details.
- Preparatory Committee: The United Nations General Assembly established a preparatory committee to carry out the preparations for the Habitat III conference open to all Member States of the United Nations and members of specialized agencies and of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
