The 14th International Conference on Competition and Ownership in Land Passenger Transport (Thredbo 14) will be held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Santiago, Chile from August 30 to September 3, 2015. The conference is jointly organized by the Department of Transport Engineering and Logistics of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the Bus Rapid Transit Centre of Excellence.

The Thredbo Series serves as a forum for the international community, integrating a mix of executives from public agencies, and operating and consulting companies with researchers and academics in a unique and lively discussion. The conference includes academic developments, case studies, and benchmark experiences, with participants from every continent

Following the Thredbo 14 Confrence, a meeting of the Latin American Association of Integrated Transport Systems and BRT (SIBRT) will be organized. SIBRT gathers the leading and largest transit agencies in Latin America.
