If urban transport fails – urban development will not be sustainable. Lack of access to goods, services and opportunities is often the root cause of urban inequalities.

IRENA Roadmap for a Renewable Future: Transport- A Small Share Now, but Sizable Potential for Renewable Solutions

According to the Roadmap for a Renewable Future Report (REmap) released by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) , great strides have been made to increase renewables in the power sector, which is on track to generate roughly 30 per cent of the world’s electricity by 2030 (up from 23 per cent today).

Hyundai Issues First Korean Corporate Green Bond for Hybrids and Electric Vehicles

Hyundai Capital Services, the subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company that provides loans and leases for new Hyundai and Kia cars, issued a $500m green bond.  The green issue is the first corporate Korean green bond and it’s also number three on the list of green bonds issued for green vehicles following Toyota’s two green issues for hybrid and EVs.
