The SLOCAT Transport, Climate and Sustainability Global Status Report (GSR) tells the global and regional stories of where we are and where we need to get to urgently on climate and sustainability action for transport and mobility. It is a one-stop shop for the latest available data, trends, targets and developments on transport demand, emissions and policies. The GSR equips decision makers towards knowledge-based action and aims to raise ambition in transport policy and investment for people and the planet. 

Why the GSR?

One of SLOCAT’s main areas of activity over the years has been to equip decision-makers and practitioners with knowledge and tools to enable combined transport, climate, and sustainability impact. Our blueprint is to drive collaborative data and knowledge products. 

Since its first edition in 2018, the GSR has galvanised an exceptional community of over 300 experts and 200 entities globally strategic advisors, authors, data contributors and peer reviewers. This collaborative effort exemplifies the power of collective action, knowledge sharing, and partnership in driving sustainable outcomes
