Transport @ COP31 Brief – The Case of Action

Oct 28, 2026

Climate goals won’t be achieved without sustainable transport. There is no reaching the COP31 Presidency’s 35×35 target, or transitioning away from fossil fuels, without it.

Our Advocacy Brief sets out the transport outcome we need from Antalya: four key messages for negotiators, the asks to carry into the rooms, and practical ways for the transport community to act as one at COP31. It opens with a one-page summary, and closes with an annex mapping the formal negotiation entry points.
