Community Transport Events Calendar
Transport sits at the crossroads of climate action, sustainability, and social justice. Knowing where the global conversation is happening is how we show up, speak up, and shape outcomes.
This calendar is a one-stop resource for upcoming events that matter to the sustainable transport community: UN climate and SDG processes, sector-specific forums, ministerial summits, research convenings, and key advocacy moments. Urban mobility, freight, road safety, active transport, energy, finance: if it connects to the transformation of transport systems for people and the planet, it belongs here.
SLOCAT partners and friends are welcome to submit events for inclusion. Send your event details to secretariat@slocatpartnership.org.
“From New to Now: Steering Mobility Innovations Towards Realities” 2026 Global Mobility Conference
The 4th Global Mobility Conference, will be held 7–9 September 2026, hosted by ITF, MOLIT, and KOTSA. It responds to a key tension in advanced mobility today: while technologies like autonomous vehicles and urban air mobility have moved beyond pilots into real-world deployment across cities, significant gaps remain between demonstration success and sustainable, at-scale services, largely because regulation, operations, public trust, and viable business models struggle to keep pace with technological progress. The conference will bring together experts, innovators, operators, and policymakers to examine what is and isn’t working, and to chart a path for turning promising mobility innovations into solutions reliably integrated into everyday life.
