Developed under the #FossilFreeTransport call to action , this analysis was released  ahead of COP28, It analyses how the second generation of NDCs addressed the nine action areas of the Call to Action. The analysis highlights positive approaches in the NDCs to inspire and guide NDCs 3.0, and showcases synergies between climate action and broader sustainability objectives. It also stresses the need to raise transport ambitions to meet the challenges of our time.
